Surveillance and Alert-based Multiparameter Monitoring to Reduce Worsening Heart Failure Events: Results From SCALE-HF 1

In a prospective observational study of 329 patients across eight sites, retrospective Congestion Index alerts identified 70% of heart failure events versus 35% using a standard weight rule, at a lower alert rate. The findings support further prospective evaluation.
